Introducing J. LANDVER Fine Jewelry by Jason Landver. In this line he is poring a lifetime of fascination with gems and jewelry. His family history is steeped in the craft of fine jewelry and with that knowledge he brings an artisan's touch to his debut collection. Landver patented every gemstone shape and infused each style with his unique vision of how it would enhance a woman's beauty.

Building on his concept of custom cut stones, J. LANDVER will feature three groupings: Spike, Solitaire and Strand. Spike is fashion-forward and, as Landver notes, It's the most wild of the collection." Solitaire is large, dramatic chunks of nature that are organically cut and whose prongs, normally just a necessity, will now be an integral part of the design. Strand is exactly that, a fifty-inch chain set with large stones to be artfully wrapped any which way around wrists and necks.

J. LANDVER also toys with traditional notions of "stones" - some pieces feature metal stones fashioned in the same shapes as the real gems. The collection focuses on classics, so that nothing is ephemeral but rather easily incorporated into a women's personal style season-after-season. With most pieces under $200 retail, J. LANDVER fills a void between trendy, disposable costume jewelry and high-end looks that, while beautiful, are often outside the average fashion-loving budget.
